Shipping & Incoterms · Worldwide
From our floor
to yours.
We ship worldwide. Every order ships FedEx Overnight Priority, fully insured and tracked. In-stock pieces ship the same day, with overnight delivery across Canada and the US. We ship DAP — the buyer is responsible for any import duties and taxes assessed on arrival in the destination country.
The Logistics
How your order travels.
Worldwide Reach
We ship wholesale orders worldwide. Easy shipping on all orders: one service, FedEx Overnight Priority, and every parcel is tracked door to door — no piece leaves uninsured.
Stock & Made to Order
We make to order in Surat, and the 2026 Collection ships quick from New York, with a selection in stock there. In-stock pieces ship the same day, with overnight delivery across Canada and the US; a made-to-order piece ships the same way as soon as it is finished and inspected.
International
Available worldwide. International transit times vary by destination, and we confirm the route and timing with your quote rather than promising a single number that won't hold across markets.
Incoterm — DAP
We ship Delivered At Place (DAP). We manage export and transit; the buyer is responsible for import duties and taxes assessed on arrival. Factor those into your landed cost before a first international order.
