Orders are final sale — no returns or refunds.
Our production is factory-direct and frequently made to spec, so we don't run a returns desk. Instead, we give buyers two concrete ways to de-risk a first order before committing to quantity: a paid sample, and a made-to-spec production run.
A sample puts the exact metal, stone, and finish in your hand. A made-to-spec run confirms the piece is right for your case before you scale it. By the time you place the order, you've already seen what you're buying — which is why orders are final.
We repair our own craftsmanship free of charge.
If a piece fails because of how we made it — a manufacturing defect — we repair it free of charge. That covers our craftsmanship, not wear, accident, or abuse from normal use down the line.
There is no fixed published warranty term. We don't hang a number on it; we own the factory, and if the fault is ours, we make it right. Reach out with the piece and the issue and we'll handle the repair.
Samples are available, paid, and non-credited.
Samples are offered so you can verify metal, stone, and finish in hand before ordering at volume. They are paid: the sample cost is its own line, and it is non-credited — it is not applied to a later order.
That keeps sampling honest and fast. You evaluate the real piece, decide whether it fits your case, and then place the order knowing exactly what you're getting.
