Ordering
Clazoire's minimum order is 1 unit on most styles; a few specific styles carry a higher minimum, shown on the product page. Volume pricing tiers begin at 10, 50, and 200+ units, quoted per buyer. That low minimum lets independent retailers test a piece before committing to depth.
Clazoire typically responds to wholesale quote requests within about two hours on weekdays, by WhatsApp or email. Retailers can open a wholesale account and request a quote on any catalogue piece.
Certification
Yes. Natural diamonds come with GIA certificates and lab-grown diamonds come with IGI certificates, both graded on the 4Cs (cut, colour, clarity, carat). Certificates are available on request. Lab-grown diamonds are inherently conflict-free because they are created in a lab.
Product
Clazoire manufactures factory-direct fine jewellery in solid gold — 10k, 14k and 18k — set with natural or lab-grown diamonds. Pieces are made to order in the company's own Surat factory, so metal, stone and finish can be specified per order.
Yes. Clazoire offers make-to-spec production and private-label / OEM manufacturing: retailers can customise metal, stone, finish and packaging, or have an existing design produced under their own brand. Custom hip-hop pieces such as iced pendants, name necklaces and signet rings are a core line.
Shipping
Clazoire ships worldwide. North American orders ship insured via FedEx or UPS, typically 5–10 business days, and require a signature on delivery. International shipments are DAP (Delivered At Place): the buyer is responsible for any import duties and taxes on arrival.
Payment
Clazoire accepts wire transfer, major cards, and PayPal Business. First orders require a 50% deposit with the balance before shipping. Established accounts can be offered Net-15 terms.
Policies
All sales are final. Buyers de-risk a first order with a paid sample and a made-to-spec production run; sample cost is not credited toward a later bulk order. Warranty covers free repairs for defects in Clazoire's own craftsmanship, with no fixed warranty term.
Sourcing
Confirm the terms in writing before a purchase order: minimum order quantity, certification (who certifies natural vs lab-grown), lead time, return and warranty policy, shipping terms and Incoterms, and payment terms. A supplier that states all of these plainly — as Clazoire does — is easier to trust than one that won't.
